Laser Hair Removal Side Effects

I am looking into getting laser hair removal done on both my underarms, and a brazillian (aka full bikini).
Are there any bad side effects of laser removal? Like, does the area ever loose it’s feeling?
I’m mainly worried about the brazillian one….and so is my husband. We don’t want there to be any complications with that area. Like, does anyone know if there has been any reports of like infertalization, or lack of sexual arousal from Laser hair removal down there?
